FIXT provides a tech-enabled platform that connects device owners with independent professional repair technicians. We operate as a marketplace and do not perform repairs directly. All technicians are independent partners who have been vetted and verified by our system.

2. Booking & Cancellation

You can schedule or cancel a booking at any time via our mobile-first web app. Cancellations made before a specialist begins transit are free of charge. If a technician has already reached your location or is in transit, a standard convenience fee may be applied to your balance.

3. Secure Payments

All service and part payments are processed through our integrated payment provider. We maintain transparent pricing models, ensuring you see the full cost breakdown before confirming any service. Platform fees are included in the final bill as indicated.

4. Limited Liability

While we facilitate the interaction, FIXT is not directly liable for the hardware repairs performed by independent technicians. However, we back our platform with a quality guarantee and specialized support team to resolve disputes and maintain the highest industry standards.

5. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is paramount. We only collect the necessary telemetry and contact data required to match you with the right specialist and fulfill your service request. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
